Before you start
Verify your identity first, and have a wallet address you control. It starts with 0x and has 40 more characters.
In the menu, select Legacy balance.
Under Request a withdrawal, enter the amount in PTS.
Paste your address in Destination wallet address and check it carefully. A payout sent to the wrong address cannot be recovered.
Add a note if our team needs to know anything.
Select Request withdrawal.
Steps 2 to 5 Tick I understand this payout can take up to 45 days, then select Confirm & submit.
Follow your request under My requests.

|---|---|
| Awaiting review | Our team has not reviewed it yet |
| Approved · payout scheduled | It passed review and is waiting to be paid |
| Paid | It was sent. The payout reference is shown beside it. |
| Rejected | It was not approved. Open a support ticket to find out why. |
An amount in an open request is held back, so you cannot request it twice.
