Getting your old account and balance across
What changed from the old system?Your account moved to a new member panel, and you now sign in with an email or username and a password. You must claim your account once before your first sign-in.
Claim your account with your walletThis is the main way to claim. Use it if you signed in to the old system with a wallet. Every account created since 2024 did.
Claim your account with your emailUse this only if your old account has a registered email address. Most accounts created in 2023 have one.
I have no wallet or registered emailIf you still have your wallet's recovery phrase, restore the wallet in a wallet app, then follow Claim with your wallet.
My Legacy balance looks wrong or shows zeroYour Legacy balance is the cash you held when the old system closed. It adds your P-wallet and Income wallet together and shows the total in PTS.
Request a Legacy balance withdrawalThis withdrawal is paid by hand and can take up to 45 days. It is separate from claiming your weekly earnings.
